Certain Dri is the number one over-the-counter antiperspirant recommended by doctors for treating excessive perspiration. I didn't follow the directions when I first tried this Certain Dri solid. It says to apply in the evening) I put this on as deodorant in the morning and didn't need to reapply deodorant in the evening after sweating and coaching Gymnastics for 4hours. Wow!! I thought, this worked really good. I usually need to reapply deodorant a few times during the day,especially before going to the gym. Then I read the instructions and it says to put this on in the evening, so I did that and noticed in the morning before showering that I didn't even feel like I was sweaty or needed to use deodorant. I have used this a few times in the past week and I think that I have not been using as much deodorant and don't feel sweaty even after exercising and alot of activity. I am going to let my hubby try this and really put it to the test. He seems to sweat and smell alot more than I do. (LOL) I think the real test will be in the summertime, while he is outside in the heat working. I'm glad to have this in hopes to control his perspiration and odor.
