I joined a weekly Zumba class and I line dance. I try to stay active and do some type of exercise daily. I ride a stationery bike fairly regularly. Thanks for the wonderful giveaway

Well my struggle in my diet is trying to stay away from snacks and sweets. It's a battle but I try and often am successful but then sometimes I just give in
walking at least 3 miles a day and drinking lots of water does wonders for weight loss
