Friday Follow --Fitness Friday
Ok... So, My Fitness Friday posts have been missing for awhile now... That's because I'm a SLACKER!!!! But, It's March and Spring is Coming and then Summer. I want to be in better shape and toned while wearing my shorts and swimsuit this summer. So, I figured I better start again. I say again, because last year I did really good while I was trying to lose weight and get in shape for my Sister in laws wedding and my class reunion. I did good then and lost just about 25 pounds. But... I have not been exercising much or eating that healthy. So, I'm going to start being accountable again. Today, my BMI is 22.82 and my weight is 135. My ideal weight according to the "Wii" is a BMI of 22 and weight of 129. I want to lose 10 more pounds and these are not wanting to leave me. They've been attached too long. (LOL) I want to tone more and have a fit body. I started my journey using the Wiifit and I'm getting back in doing my workouts. As I am trying some new programs too. Check out my review about WEFITFOR2 this is a great workout to do with a partner and no wii is needed. I will be doing some of these great workouts. Also, I just started doing the 6 week challenge on the New Sports Active More Workouts. I am sore today. I know-how lame- I only have completed 2 days workouts. I also am going to try out the new Your Shape Wii Game from Jenny McCarthy. I will let you know more about this and my workout and fitness journey next week. Please feel free to help me be accountable and I can use some good tips.
I've been married to Pete for 17 years now. I'm a working mom of 2 wonderful kids. Kylee is 15 & Connor is 12 now. We are Busy. Pete coaches Baseball. Pete has his own business & enjoys Hunting & Fishing. We like to Go Boating & Waterskiing. The kids enjoy many activities (too many to list)
We have a wonderful Family & many friends.
