My Thoughts:
This was easy to use, just take a mint every morning and evening after brushing your teeth, that simple. The mint had a good taste. I didn't notice a big difference in my teeth being alot whiter but I noticed that I had much fresher breath. I think that this is good to use for better oral health care.
