Mamavation Monday

This Week is off to a good start!! Last week wasn't so great but I did not really try at all. So, I'm forgetting about it and moving forward. I am getting back on track!! Spring is here and summer will be right around the corner. So- I have no time to waste. I'm getting my motivation back and I am eating healthy and going to exercise more to tone up and look great before my birthday in June.

Question: Are you a sweet or savory snacker? What do you look for in a healthy snack?

Answer: Both... It depends on my mood! I try to eat Fruits or Nuts for my snacks. When I'm craving Chocolate then I like to eat a Fudgesicle to curb that caraving without all the calories.

That's a great attitude! Get right back on the horse (so to speak. This time of year makes me want to be better :)

Lol. I think most of us have admitted to being equal opportunity snackers! Glad to hear you are moving forward. Stay positive and keep working towards your goals. You can do it!!
