I'm really disappointed in myself. This week I have been busy and slacked off and didn't exercise as much as I wanted too. Also, I didn't eat bad things, I think that I didn't eat enough and I need to start back to eating every 2 or 3 hours. I find that helps to boost my metabolism. Why wouldn't I eat more? I gotta find the Time for Exercise and eating healthy!

This weeks Question: What time of day works best for you to be active? How do you make sure you stick to those planned workouts?
Answer: For me usually the Mornings work the best for me. I like to weigh in and start my morning routine by hula hooping on the Wiifit then do my other exercises. Sometimes I have a hard time sticking to this routine. If I don't get my workout in first thing- then I find it hard to get it in during the day. My problem is Motivation! I need to get myself back into this game for good.

I've been married to Pete for 17 years now. I'm a working mom of 2 wonderful kids. Kylee is 15 & Connor is 12 now. We are Busy. Pete coaches Baseball. Pete has his own business & enjoys Hunting & Fishing. We like to Go Boating & Waterskiing. The kids enjoy many activities (too many to list)
