Ok~Someone kick my butt Please!!! I need some motivation! I need to get back into this. I didn't weigh in today, I had a good excuse for today. But- no excuses for the rest of the week. I weighed in once and honestly I did pretty good over Thanksgiving and this week. I actually lost 1 1/2 pounds but I have not been doing my wiifitplus or any other exercising lately. I have been slacking Big Time!!!
I am still not at my Suggested BMI, I need to lose 3 1/2 pounds. I would love to hit this Goal by the end of December. But, I know I need to exercise especially if I plan on eating cookies and all the Christmas Goodies. Someone please kick my butt!!! I need to get back into my routine.
