I did not try much this last week. I had been eating heathy and exercising in the beginning of the week then got really busy and didn't eat much or exercise later on. My weight has not really changed. Overall -since New Years my weight has remained the same after this little roller coaster ride of up and down a pound or two. I guess now, I need to get serious!!!
I'm off to a good start this morning!!! I started with my Wiifit hula hooping workout and did some strength/toning exercises. I'm going to get more exercise in later in the day too. Then I'm going to make sure every morning that I do my workout first thing. This works better for me- then I know I got in my exercise requirements for the day.
I had a bowl of cereal this morning and its been about two hours so I'm going to eat a banana. I need to speed up my metabolism, so I'm trying to eat healthier smaller meals and add snacks in so I'm eating every two and eat a large dinner before I go to work around 3:30. Then I need to stop eating when I get home after 9:00 tonight. I will bring a
Fiber Plus bar to have for a snack. This should keep me from getting hungry and to help me get more fiber in my diet. Once, I get back into this eating routine then hopefully I won't be hungry later at night. This late night snacking hasn't helped me.
Next week... I will have results!! I need to get my motivation back and lose weight and tone up. Spring will be here before I know it. (Although today--it defineately is winter here, it's -15 out and brrr it's cold!)

Hi Shawn! I can't not eat later in the day, so if you are really hungry, just have some protein and that's totally fine.
