Mamavation Monday

Mamavation

Tonight's the Big Night!!! Join in the Mamavation Launch Twitter Party (Campaign #7) and find out who the new Mamavation Moms will be. For all the Details visit Mamavation. The Party starts at 8 pm est and there are lots prizes. I will be tweeting then.

Last Week didn't go so well for me. I did some exercising and I was alittle sore.
(That's sad- that I got out of shape but I'm going to continue my workouts!)
For the eating healthy- I'm still working on that. Everyday is progress. I know that it's going to be a lifestyle change and my big thing is to eat smaller meals and more often. I need to increase more fiber in my diet and I need to stop snacking or eating dinner later at night. Now, that I know what to do... I am going to Just Do it!!!

Stay tuned... Next Week- I will see a weight loss.

Every week brings some challenges but it's all about your attitude and you are definitely determined! Best of luck to you this week.

Good luck this week! DStart by changing/adding one thing at a time then slowly add another, don't jump in head first! It can be hard at times, but we can get through it together!

Baby steps! Focus on one or two small things that you can change, that way you don't get overwhelmed. Like increasing fiber (do it gradually) and not eating after a certain time of night.

Hang in there. You're going in the right direction!

I'm going to echo all of the others in saying that Baby steps are SOOOOO very important! For me, every day (minute) is another opportunity to make a healthy choice and before long, all those small changes add up! You are right on track so keep it up!

Good for you!
You might make a list of what you are going to do and put it on the fridge. It might help you stick to what you want to do this week.
