These are very healthy!! Many Physicans have recommended these!!! Definately a great snack. These energy bars have rave reviews.

So...What do I think? Personally I didn't care as much for the Fruity ones. They smell amazing but they seemed to crumble alittle bit. I did love to add them to my yogurt for a great afternoon snack. The Fudge Brownie ones are Awesome!! They taste really good. They remind me of those chocolate/oatmeal "No Bake" Cookies. I didn't get a chance to try the Mocha Fudge one, because my twelve year old daughter snagged that one. She really liked it- she said it was better than eating a chocolate cookie and she mentioned how much energy she had at basketball practice.
