Mamavation Monday

Watch Lives Change

This week started off Good... Then towards the end of the week as I got busier, my work-out got less regular. So that is my Goal for this week: To make sure I get in at least a 30 minute workout at least 5 days a week. Also, to eat healthy. That was going pretty good too, until I had dessert twice on Sunday. (But it was for a special occasion) I am doing Good by staying away from Diet Coke still!! I still need to drink more Water.
When athletes drink AquaHydrate on a regular basis, they notice significant improvements in their focus, sports performance and ability to recover after intense workouts and competition. I guess I need to try this! And the Intense Workouts!!! I still want to lose 10 pounds before summer.

** Please Keep @Colleen_mouse in your Prayers. Her daughter Kennedy is having seizures and is ICU. Kennedy has been in the Hospital since Friday. **

Hugs dear! I think you can do it! Keep focused this week, and the 10 lbs will come soon enough!

Great job with the Diet Coke, now work on that water... hopefully there will be fewer celebration distractions going on to derail you from your goals (anniversary + Mother's Day).

Know your niece, sister, and family are in my prayers. I hope she stabilizes soon and begins her recovery.

You'll have a better week this week! You've got a lot on your plate with your family to think about and I am sure that affects your motivation.
Colleen and her family will be in my thoughts.
