This week started off Good... Then towards the end of the week as I got busier, my work-out got less regular. So that is my Goal for this week: To make sure I get in at least a 30 minute workout at least 5 days a week. Also, to eat healthy. That was going pretty good too, until I had dessert twice on Sunday. (But it was for a special occasion) I am doing Good by staying away from Diet Coke still!! I still need to drink more Water. When athletes drink AquaHydrate on a regular basis, they notice significant improvements in their focus, sports performance and ability to recover after intense workouts and competition. I guess I need to try this! And the Intense Workouts!!! I still want to lose 10 pounds before summer.

I've been married to Pete for 17 years now. I'm a working mom of 2 wonderful kids. Kylee is 15 & Connor is 12 now. We are Busy. Pete coaches Baseball. Pete has his own business & enjoys Hunting & Fishing. We like to Go Boating & Waterskiing. The kids enjoy many activities (too many to list)
We have a wonderful Family & many friends.
