My Thoughts:
I want to lose alittle belly fat and have tighter, firmer abs. So I was excited about reviewing the Belly Burner Belt. I've only had it for two weeks and my results are not complete. I think that personally the Belt I received was too big for me. I think I received the Large and needed the Medium. I needed it to be alittle more snug, I had it, as tight as it would go and it felt alittle lose on me. Otherwise it was very comfortable to wear. I like that you can wear it over or under your clothes. It's suppose to help you burn double the calories while working out. I could feel the heat produced and my abs feel tighter. After you're done with your workout, don't worry about all the sweat, the belt washes easily. You can clean the belt by just running it under water daily or its mashine washable. It's not recommended to be mashine washed all the time though, only once a month. I haven't had mine long enough to mashine wash it, I've just cleaned mine by running it under water daily and/or by just wiping it with a cloth. I haven't noticed it to be smelly and it drys fairly quick. Overall, I really like the Belly Burner Belt, I still think that you need to eat healthy and exerise to see results. The other great thing is that you can wear this while doing the Ab Workout DVD included or while doing your own workout.
