Pami Pocket ~Review~Cute Cell Phone Holder

Pami Pocket is the perfect way to carry your cell phone when you are traveling light. I love my purse but I don't like to take it with my when I "go out" or go to the beach or out on the boat. But... I don't want to go without my cell phone, money and "ID", so this is the perfect accessory.
Pami Pocket is cute and comfortable and makes it easy for you to keep track of your phone and protected at the beach, at themeparks, or just about everywhere you go.
I love mine. It's so much easier to take along a few valuables rather then carrying around my huge, heavy purse. It is small but big enough to hold my cell phone, money, drivers license, lip sunblock and keys. The strap is large enough to fit across by body comfortably. So, you can look up your favorite song and see if the story is included in this book. It has many new songs and stories as well as a collection of oldies. Mamavation Monday
It's been a Week since I started back using the Wiifit. I have to admit that after Hula Hooping for 2 days, I was sore. Ok... That's good! I know that it was working. (Pathetic though, I know!) Anyways, I stuck with it. I didn't see any weight change from last week but I had a few birthday celebration cakes, lunches and dinner, so I'm happy that I didn't gain any weight. I've gotten myself back into my good routine and expect to stick with it. I wish I had not of slacked off!
I would like to send a big Congrats out to my Cousin Brooke, who's lost 30 lbs doing Weight watchers and Karate. I'm so proud of her. This weekend coming up we are celebrating her Graduating from Nursing School and I'm sure she is going to Look Great! at her Party.

Hasbro has done it again!!! Just in time for the for the release of Disney Pixar’s “Cars 2” on June 24! Lightning McQueen, Mater and the gang are back and starring in your favorite family games of Operation, Sorry! Sliders, Monopoly and more.
In Operation: Cars 2 Edition , Mater is carrying some extra junk and his engine is starting to clunk! Put on your mechanic hat and help fix his busted grill and gear in Operation: Cars 2 Edition. Mater can’t go on his next adventure with all of that rattling, so grab the tweezers and get to work! Mamavation Monday
Goodbye 39... in a few hours I officially will be 40 years old!! So--> I am not just going to Wish for Health! I'm going to make it happen!! (I wish that I had lost those pounds that I never should have gained back!) But.. Now I have to get back in Game and start living a healthy life.
My Balance Board hasn't been working :( But no more using that as an excuse!
Thank You to my parents for the Birthday Gift! YEAH!!! I got a new Balance Board and started back into my Good morning routine. I weighed in (gained 2 pounds but I haven't weighed in, in about 8 weeks) and I had ice cream cake and cupcakes yesterday. Well- you gotta eat it, if it's for You. So, this morning I did my Wii Fit Workout. I had great success losing weight and getting back in shape doing the wiifit before so I'm going to do that again.
My routine today was the 10 minute hula hoop, step aerrobics 2x then the 6 minute boxing. I did ok, but realized how much out of shape I was. I used kick butt hula hooping and today i didn't even get a score close to 10th place, but I did it and will be doing this routine regularly.
Colleen_Mouse and I are going to start a Wiifit Competition!! This is going to be Great Motivation for both of us!
This will encourage us both to use the wiifit to do our exercise routines and help us to reach our weight loss goals while having a friendly little competition. Anyone eles want to join us?

Question: How often do you and your family eat meals together and get active together?
Answer: We eat meals together when ever we can. Which due to my work schedule and the kids sports schedules, varies depending on what that weekly schedule is. We eat a Sunday meal every week and during the week we try our best. On the days, I'm not working we eat meals together more but when the kids both have different ball schedules usually they just eat when they time or on the run. We get active together more often, usually my husband is practicing baseball with the kids and get them warmed up before their ball games. He coaches Connor's baseball team. Kylee and I get active together on Sunday's during Tumbling practice for her competitive cheerleading. (Helps that I'm one of the tumbling coaches.)

Mmmm. I think most of us love potato chips! I had the chance to try these new chips. You can't go wrong with the Original flavor. I like that they are made from real potatoes, these are crispy and crunchy with just enough salt. The Luau BBQ was my favorite! These have a mild spicy kick but in a sweet way. I love the flavor of these. The Wasabi ones were really good too. These have quite a kick! You can really taste the horseradish and these were just a bit hot for me. The Sweet Maui Onion ones were my husbands favorite. He liked the sweet onion taste but it wasn't overdone. Since, we all have different tastes, you may need to just try them all to see which is your favorite!

I like that they are made from real potatoes, these are crispy and crunchy with just enough salt. The Luau BBQ was my favorite! These have a mild spicy kick but in a sweet way. I love the flavor of these. The Wasabi ones were really good too. These have quite a kick! You can really taste the horseradish and these were just a bit hot for me. The Sweet Maui Onion ones were my husbands favorite. He liked the sweet onion taste but it wasn't overdone. Since, we all have different tastes, you may need to just try them all to see which is your favorite!

Wow! This is a Great Book!! I was going to take a peak and make sure this book was something I wanted my tween daughter to read. Well... As I started to read this book, I was very interested and I did not want to put it down. I read the whole book and although this is for teens even as an adult I enjoyed reading this book.
Shattered is a powerful story that will bring you to tears. I will admit that I cried alot reading this book. This book shows you how quickly your life can change. This is a good read while it also helps to teach readers about the consequences that their choices can have. It also has a message about hope and faith in God without being preachy. I would highly recommend this book.

Mamavation Monday
Ok... I have been slacking!!! Big Time Too! I am not too proud of myself and I need to get my motivation back.
I have gained weight ...
Last Summer I weighed about 10 pounds less and I felt way better about myself. I know that its because of my lack of exercise and good eating habits. So- Today- I've gotta get back to that weight. I noticed that my summer clothes from last year are alittle tighter and I'm not as toned!
So... I'm going to start back in my good exercise routine and Eating. To do that-I need to get my motivation back. That's what I love about Mamavation.

10 Tips for Keeping Your Family Safe on the Road
With summer around the corner, families are getting ready for lots of car travel and vacations. Summertime is full of fun trips and activities. But before we head out on these adventures and spend a lot of time in the car, it’s important to be Safe.
Here's my Tips:
1.)Be Prepared by Planning Ahead.
Make sure that you have the necessary items needed for your trip. Sunglasses, Snacks, and Directions are great to have ahead of time.
2.) Make Sure that Your Car is Ready and Legal.
Before driving anywhere, make sure that your car's insurance, registration and inspections are all Good and Up to Date. This will save you from getting a ticket or fine if you happen to get pulled over or go through a Road Block.
3.) Get a Tune-UP or have a mechanic check your vehicle.
It is always good to have an oil change. This could save you money and make your car run better. Also, make sure you have enough transmission fluid and Windshield washer fluids.
4.) Check Your Tires.
It is always good to make sure that your tires have the right air pressure. Too much air or not enough could cause you problems.
5.) Make Sure You have a Clean and safe Windshield.
A clean windshield will make your visibility better. Also, A properly installed windshield ensures the passenger-side airbag deploys properly and helps maintain a vehicle’s structural integrity in the event of a rollover. An improperly installed windshield could pop out during an accident. Without the windshield, a passenger can be thrown from the vehicle or struck by its collapsing roof - greatly increasing the chance of injury or death.
Think you can ignore a chip in your windshield? Think again! The windshield provides up to 30% of your vehicles structural integrity, and a chip smaller than 6 inches (or the size of a dollar bill) can easily be repaired by filling it with a special resin.
A chip could turn into a crack at any time, often when you are least expecting it. Windshield repair is often a safe and economical alternative to a full windshield replacement.
6.) Buckle Up!
Wearing a Seatbuckle can save your life. In most states, It is the Law.
7.) Put the Phone Down!
Driving while talking on the phone or texting while driving is very dangerous. Avoid the distraction and pull over if you need to use the phone. Or get a Blue Tooth or hands free device. In many states, it is against the Law.
8.) Stay Alert!
It is good to take breaks or switch drivers especially if you are driving for many hours and a long distant. Pull over to take a nap, You will not want to fall alseep at the wheel.
9.) Gas Up.
You will not want to run out of gas in the middle of No wheres. It is a good idea to make sure that when you get down to a 1/4 of a tank to stop and fill up. Also, it's a good idea to fuel your body with fluids too. You will not want to get dehydrated while driving.
10.) Drive Safe.
Be a Cautious driver and watch out for crazy drivers. Do the speed limit for your safety and to avoid getting a speeding ticket.

Vegetable Wraps
Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
2/3 cup cream cheese, softened
1 bag of sprouts from Growing Sprouts
1 ½ cups fresh carrots
1 red bell pepper
1 cup cucumber
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup canned or frozen corn (thawed,if necessary)
1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
4 flour tortillas
Directions
~Clean and sanitize a counter or table in your kitchen.
~Wash the carrots, pepper, and cucumber.
~Grate the carrots into a bowl.
~Thinly slice the pepper and cucumber and place them in separate bowls.
~Place the corn, edamame, and shredded cheese in separate bowls.
~Place a serving spoon in each bowl.
~Place the cream cheese, bag of sprouts, bowls of vegetables, bowl of cheddar cheese, tortillas, measuring cups, and measuring spoons .
~Spread cream cheese on your tortilla.
~Place vegetables and cheese in a row down the center of your tortilla.
~Top their vegetables with shredded cheese and sprouts.
~Roll up your tortillas as tightly as possible to keep the vegetables inside.
~Use a knife to cut the wraps in half.
