One of my dogs, likes to bark alot. Usually it is to inform me that someone or something is outside. He is a good watch dog. Although, later at night he is a nuisance. I'm not sure what he's barking at-if anything. So, I thought that I would try the BarkOff one night when Buddy was barking. I really didn't get much reaction out of him. I couldn't hear anything, as this is not suppose to be heard my people, so I'm not sure if it was working or just not on my dog. He stopped for a minute or two then continued on barking. I know that my Dog, Buddy is stubborn and usually after we yell at him to stop barking, we get similar results. I'm thinking that all dogs are different and just because I was hoping for better results, you may and that this may effect your dog differently. What I like is that this is easy to use. It just requires a 9 volt battery and is small enough to take with you just about anywheres.
