Mamavation Monday

Watch Lives Change
I've been on vacation and I'm Back!!! Time to get my butt back into my healthy eating and exercise routine. I'm not happy to say that I over ate and snacked and missed alot of my workouts while on vacation. And Gained 4 pounds in the past two weeks or so. But... I had a great time on Vacation!! It was nice to visit my sister and her family.
Back to Business... Today's a good day for me to start it up again. Tonights the Mamavation Twitter Party Kick off of the new campaign and One Year Anniversary.
Congrats to Bookieboo and the Success of the Mamavation Campaign. Good Luck to the New Mamavation Moms.

Yea for kicking off a new cycle! Seriously the best part about falling off track is that you can totally "clean slate" it anytime you need to and viola - you're at the beginning ready to rock.

I look forward to seeing you get back into your routine!
