Last Monday I was already to get back into my routine after gaining 4 pounds on Vacation. Well, I started to eat healthier but didn't do much exercising until Zumba on Thursday. Then the week-end came and I had a few parties and Cake and cheesecake later... I lost 1 of the gained 4 pounds but... this week I need to kick it in gear. I'm starting a new program!! I'm going to be trying the Kettleworx. I will let you know, how that works out and post a review in a few weeks. I am going to eat healthy!! I started this morning out right. I had scrambled eggs then about two hours later I had my
Chiquita Banana. Eating fruit about two hours after breakfast and lunch seems to be my little trick, it helps me to eat less and speeds up my metabolism. Now this week I need to get doing my workouts. Next week I am going to have better progress. My goal was to lose another 5 to 10 pounds (these pounds have been really stubborn!!) But, first I need to work on those other extra three pounds still visiting from vacation. Summertime is so busy and I need to exercise especially if I'm going to be eating extra treats. I would be much happier with myself if I could tone up a bit more.

*hugs* I agree those last few pounds can be VERY stubborn to get off!! The good thing is is that you are making positive changes ... and you will see those pounds melt off soon! Have a great week!
Congrats on the 1 pound loss this past week!! You will lose those 4 pounds sooner than you think.
I have been wanting to try a kettleball workout for a while. I have seen many people trying it out and having great results with it.

Sounds like kettle training maybe what you are looking for with toning! I have heard great things about kettleballs, just haven't tried it out for myself yet.

gonna have to call you to see how your first kettleworx workout went...I could barely make it through mine. Just keep pushing yourself if you find it hard at first, it gets better with time!
Having goals is the best way to reach them :) You're doing fine and if you want to tone I'm sure you will find a way!

I was looking at Kettleworks the other day. Curious to know how you like it. Keep your head up about the weight! You'll lose the rest in no time - you've already started!!
try not to be too hard on yourself. it'll come off. i am going on vacation next week. will try to exercise while i'm there. planning on renting a bike and riding along the shore!!

I'm glad you're finding what foods work for keeping your metabolism up. I do my best when I have oatmeal w/ flax and fruit for breakfast.
