Last Monday I was already to get back into my routine after gaining 4 pounds on Vacation. Well, I started to eat healthier but didn't do much exercising until Zumba on Thursday. Then the week-end came and I had a few parties and Cake and cheesecake later... I lost 1 of the gained 4 pounds but... this week I need to kick it in gear. I'm starting a new program!! I'm going to be trying the Kettleworx. I will let you know, how that works out and post a review in a few weeks. I am going to eat healthy!! I started this morning out right. I had scrambled eggs then about two hours later I had my Chiquita Banana. Eating fruit about two hours after breakfast and lunch seems to be my little trick, it helps me to eat less and speeds up my metabolism. Now this week I need to get doing my workouts. Next week I am going to have better progress. My goal was to lose another 5 to 10 pounds (these pounds have been really stubborn!!) But, first I need to work on those other extra three pounds still visiting from vacation. Summertime is so busy and I need to exercise especially if I'm going to be eating extra treats. I would be much happier with myself if I could tone up a bit more.
I've been married to Pete for 17 years now. I'm a working mom of 2 wonderful kids. Kylee is 15 & Connor is 12 now. We are Busy. Pete coaches Baseball. Pete has his own business & enjoys Hunting & Fishing. We like to Go Boating & Waterskiing. The kids enjoy many activities (too many to list)
We have a wonderful Family & many friends.
