Press and hold actuator to restore moisture to dry nasal passages.
Repeat as often as needed (non-habit forming, drug free, non-addicting).
Rinse and dry the tip.

We are enjoying our summer...My husband was in the Lake waterskiing...A few days later...He was all stuffed up and his sinuses were bothering him.
