This is a great book to read when you are feeling sad or sorry for yourself, attitude and positive thinking can change your outlook and these stories reminds us to be thankful. The best thing about these books is that you can read a few pages or stories at a time or if time allows, you can read the entire book at once.

My tip for staying positive is to remember that there is always someone else that has it worse than I do. Think on the good and not the bad.
