Mamavation Monday

Mamavation

Well, I have to admit that I'm a Loser!!! I really need some help getting motivated!! I was all excited and ready to get back into my workouts with the Mama Gun's Challenge. I started the week off to a good start and then I fizzled out. Let me make no excuses- I'm just plain lazy- I really need to make the time to get my workouts in. I will feel much better about myself and I really want to get back into the groove. I AM Going to do better this Week- I promise!!! So... Today, I am going to kick the old bad habits and make some new ones. I am going to make sure that I have time to exercise, do my workouts and strength training. I am going to Lose weight and look great by the end of this challenge!! I will be Buff'Tuff!!

You will be buff! Place some post-it notes around the house reminding yourself to get moving! Sometimes there is so much to do around the house that I have to set a timer. When it goes off, I get to do 15-20 minutes of movement/or exercise. Then I can continue with my day. It helps me get back into the swing of things.
Best of luck this week! Make it a good one!
