This Monday's weigh in was... What I expected(BAD!!) You will be mad at me!!! I gained again. It wasn't just this weekend that got me!!! It started on Thursday- this week. Ok... I have alittle bit of an excuse- Sunday was my Birthday and I ate to Celebrate. Starting on Thursday at Gymnastics we had a Party. I had a brownie Sundae- then Friday morning- I was thinking that I was going to blow it this weekend and had ice cream for breakfast. Then on Saturday, my family took me to Red Lobster. The Lobster and Crab legs would have been low-fat- But... I love it with Butter and those Cheesy Bisquits- (I had 3) Then on Sunday, we were going to go to the diner before my daughter's Softball game and ran short on time- so I had McDonald's and Pizza for Dinner and Cake -so that explains the extra Two pound Gain!!!! Today is a new day!!! I started this morning out right!!! I did my exercise routine and am eating healthy. This is going to a better week. I'm hoping that by next Monday- I'll be back on track!!! Since, Eating Pizza and breads are a huge downfall of mine, I would love to try the Flatout Bread and continue to eat my fruits and Veggies.
I've been married to Pete for 17 years now. I'm a working mom of 2 wonderful kids. Kylee is 15 & Connor is 12 now. We are Busy. Pete coaches Baseball. Pete has his own business & enjoys Hunting & Fishing. We like to Go Boating & Waterskiing. The kids enjoy many activities (too many to list)
We have a wonderful Family & many friends.
