Fitness Friday



It's Friday Again-Another post & weigh in. Since I pledged to start trying again for the month of May-I've been doing ok. To start off May 1st(last Friday was good)Then over the weekend I was very busy and ate alot of whatever I wanted. I had pizza & chips & more snacks at two different parties,then I had a snack/dinner (small KFC mashed potatoe bowl) at 9:30 pm Saturday night. Then Sunday came & more parties to attend-I had ice cream cake & regular white cake & I didn't even exercise or weigh in on Saturday or Sunday. So here it comes Monday..I thought I didn't even want to get on the scale. (I was thinking I gained alot) I was surprised!!! I didn't gain any weight. Wow I was so happy. Then on Tuesday I weighed even less I was down to my lowest & Wednesday back up again. So-here we are on Friday I'm at 24.16 & 141.5 which is losing 1 1/2 pounds & my bmi going down. I'm pretty happy with myself (even after eating like a pig last weekend) I still lost alittle & to be honest I didn't exercise much. That's because on Tuesday Morning I woke up & my back was killing me. I could hardly walk & only weighed in & on Wed. I tried alittle more but was still sore. I'm finally feeling better & today I had a very good work-out.
I opened the 10 minute hula hoop & didn't do to bad. I got 3470-4 stars but not close to my highest. I've done pretty well on the other aerobics & finally opened the boxing today. I'm going to try to eat better this weekend & do more exercising. I would still like to tone up more & lose 10 pounds before summer. I definatelly know that if I want to eat junk food or snacks it should be done in moderation & try to do more physical activity. I really like the support & motivation from the wiimommies, other wiimommies forum members & the wefit families. Please keep up the good job & stay fit. I have to give a special shout out to my sister Colleen who's doing Awesome using her wiifit. Check out her progress, she's lost over 30 pounds & looks GREAT !!! She has really been trying pretty hard & I'm proud of her. She keeps me motivated too.

Isn't that hula hoop a blast. glad to see another Fitness Friday up. I look forward to visitor on Fridays. We all need support. have a great weekend.

geez woman...at first I was going to yell at you about saying "I didnt do too bad, I got 3470" yeah ok if only many of us could get that score...

but seeing you gave me such a great shout out...I wont yell at you lol but man quit mentioning all the cake...glad I wasnt home to go to all the parties you did! I did pretty good this week, except I ate too many tacos ...and well was doing great and today I am stuffed right now from turning left over chicken into quesadillas...they tasted so good and should of stopped well before I did! Errrr smack me please!

You are doing great...Im sure you will be wearing a bikini in no time! You should tell mom she should buy the EAsports...then maybe the next time I visit I can steal it from her seeing she likes to give her stuff away...lmao! Just kidding! I think that will be my reward when I reach my next goal! OH yeah...I should go post our pictures again lol

Girl, you're kicking butt! Especially after you thought you'd gain and you ended up not! I think you and Colleen are such an inspiration with your motivation and dedication and we're thrilled to have you with us!

You are doing awesome. The 10 min hula hoop kills me! I've never done that good. Keep it up and remember everything in moderation (exercise and cake!)
