Adding a Probiotic for better health~4X Probiotic Review Coming Up

I've been slacking lately in doing my exercises and good eating habits! But... the time has to come to change that! I want to be Healthier! I want to be have more energy, tone up, and feel good! I am looking at all over better health and I was given the opportunity to review a new product that I'm hoping will help!



I had to visit one of my favorite places,to buy this product! You guessed it... Sam's Club.




While shopping at Sam's Club, my son had to visit their "snack shack" to get a treat. He loves their Icees and Pretzels. This is one of his favorite things about going to Sam's Club besides trying all the samples, which I like too and looking around at their great products.


Onto, better health! I will be trying Members Mark 4X Probiotic Digestive Care Supplements. In approximately 2 weeks, I will give you my thoughts. I have never tried anything like this before so I am curious to see what it does and/or how it makes me feel.


What are Probiotics?

Simply put, probiotics are bacteria that help maintain a healthy digestive system. Probiotics contribute to a healthy microflora and support immune system function.

This product contains 4 strains of natural beneficial bacteria: Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium bifidum. When taken daily, this product will help support and maintain a healthy digestive system.

Age,bad diet, stress and other lifestyles can cause pain in your stomach and not be good for your immune system(at least that's what I've been told), so I am hoping that taking this product might help me to be more regular and avoid stomach discomfort.

I had the chance to review this beauty! The Classic Snack Gift Basket looked as good as it tasted. It arrived looking so nice! With all those goodies arranged so neat. The basket itself is heavy duty and really pretty. I am going to find many ways to reuse that basket.

Included was raspberry honey mustard pretzel dip, gourmet dipping pretzels, key lime white chocolate chip cookies, almond pecan crunch, peanuts, trail mix, buttered pecan crunch, peanut roll, organic coconut bar and cheese biscuits!

The almond pecan crunch was my favorite! The kids and hubby must have loved it too, because it went really fast. The buttered pecan crunch was really good too, it was crunchy and tasty, it reminded me more of bite size peanut brittle. I can't tell you how the gourmet dipping pretzel and raspberry honey mustard pretzel dip was, because the kids had those gone before I had the chance to try them. (When I asked them, they had said that they were really good!) I haven't had the chance to try the cheese biscuits or the key lime white chocolate chip cookies yet, but I am really looking forward to them. (These you need to bake & I'm saving them to share with my friends next week.) Overall, I was very pleased with this gift basket!!

A Better World Facebook Game Review

Many people are playing the Facebook Games these days. I'm trying not to get addicted, I know that many people are spending alot of time that I don't really have to spend on the computer. But just in case my daughter wants to play some of these games, I wanted to see what they were all about for myself.
I have found a good one for her to play...

Gameplay is designed for players to feel good about themselves, be supportive to others and make positive choices in their lives. What's not to like about getting rewarded for doing good? This game is safe for the children to play!! I like how I was able to choose who could see me and my profile while I was playing this game.

You start off by creating a character, your look and name. What's nice is that you can't pick a name that's not considered child friendly. Right off the start that led me to feel safe about my children playing this game. As you play the game and get familiar with navigating around, it gets easier. Your goal is to get rewards which is called Good Gold. There are 15 locations at which you can spread the good. My favorite are...

~Department of Do Good – A place you can share real world good deeds you’ve performed and see what other members of the community have done

~Gratitude Grotto – A charming area where you can reveal what you are thankful for and express your support for messages left by others

~Positive Post – a post office where you can send and receive messages of encouragement and appreciation from Facebook friends no matter if they play A Better World or not.




There are areas you can work together with your friends too. Like in the Community Garden or Arcade too. The possibilities are endless! Do Good! You have missions to complete and there are many fun activities.
