I'm participating in the Fitness Friday posts but really don't have too much to report. I've pretty much slowed down. I will report that my BMI's 23.52 & I'm 137 today. I really don't feel any progress as to weight loss. I feel more like I'm stuck right now. I still would like to loss 10 more pounds and it's going very SLOW. My BMI's Normal but the wiifit tells me my healthy BMI should be 22.02 so I still have a way to go. I'm trying to be more careful and I'm paying more attention to my calorie intake and my calories burned. Boy- I didn't realize it takes alot of exercise to burn those calories. I have started to increase my workouts on the Wiifit to 45 minutes 5 days a week. That's 15 more minutes a day, than what I've been doing. I've been working harder this week and
I have change my workout around. I will keep trying I would just like to see more than 1 pound a week. I have eaten ice cream -the Reese Klondike Bars. They are good too. I counted that more as my lunch and ate healthy the rest of time. I am going to switch to Fudge Pops-they will get rid of my chocolate craving and they have like 40-60 calories depending of which ones you get. They are good too. I just wish I didn't like food. Oh well. I will continue my workouts and hopefully lose these extra pounds. Stick With it...

yep stick with it...like we talked about, even if you dont lose anymore, you are most likely toning and going to like what you see in the long run!
How many pounds do you want to lose? You're about my weight now and I'm happy but would like to see 10 more lost.
Gosh it's crazy how easy calories turn into pounds...and how hard it is to lose those pounds! Ugh. I hope I don't have too much of a hard time losing my baby weight after my daughter is born. Anyway, keep up the great job! I too LOVE food but we have to fight the urge to eat "bad things" or at least eat them in moderation.
Ohhh, we got ice cream this week, too... wonder if I should switch to Fudge Pops as well. lol I have done that in the past and they do help with the ice cream cravings...
