Fitness Friday



Wow. I've been quite a slacker!!! Ever since I've been back from vacation, I really haven't been motivated. I am happy to say that this week I actually used the wiifit 3 times. Well- I can tell doing the hula hooping that I'm not in as good of shape. This actually is making me winded & my scores aren't very good. I won't complain too much. I am still getting 4 stars & in the 3400's but I was just a few short of 3500 spins. I promise next week- I will get back into my routine & use the wiifit for at least 5 days for 1/2hour of more. I still want to lose about 10 pounds & tone up more. I am going to put more effort into my exercise & I need to eat healthy. This week I've been eating unhealthy--Too much Easter Candy & I ate Doritos at 10:30 watching tv. I know- I'm bad!!!! I can happily say that I haven't gained any weight- but I haven't lost any either Since before I went on Vacation. (Which was almost a month ago) I will hopefully have some better news next-when I weigh in & do my post.

Fitness Friday




Wow. I can't believe it's Friday allready. Well I've been back from vacation now since Sunday afternoon. I've been extremely busy. I had a great time in Florida. My sister-in-laws wedding was great. And we enjoyed the time spent with our family. We allready miss them all. I will get some pictures on here soon. It was nice to be in warm weather. What was even better was that my clothes were all too big!!!! It was nice...I'm waiting until its alittle closer to wearing shorts here to buy new clothes. I wore some shorts that I couldn't wear last summer-they were way to snug-couldn't even button them up(last summer)And they were looooose fitting. I'm hoping that I will drop another size soon. My goal is to lose another 10 pounds-then I'll try for 5 pounds more-after that. I will be having a class reunion and want to look Good. I am happy to say that after not using the wiifit for 19 days-I was only up a 1/2 pound. I didn't eat very well on vacation either. I had eaten alot more junk food & burgers and Fries. The only thing that saved me -was that I was extremely busy and walked alot at Disney. Today when I weighed in I was down 1 1/2 pounds. This I think was from catching a stomach bug. Wednesday I was in bed all day other than visiting the bathroom quite often. I am glad to be feeling better. I'm hoping to get back to exercising next week. I only used the wiifit 1 time this week and only for 15 minutes. I did the hula hoop & was pooped. I didn't do too bad but not close to breaking my record. I was feeling it. So in total this week I am down 1 pound. I will take this & try better next week. I'm going to try to get some more computer time in too.
