This is the Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal Nut Blend
As you can see, each pouch contains contains large oatmeal clusters! This one has apples, raisins, glazed almonds and tastes great! The Berries & Creme is my favorite, but with the variety of flavors my family each has our favorite. These are very convenient packages that you can take anywhere and eat everywhere on the go.
Eating whole grains, like oatmeal, has been shown to help keep weight off, but oatmeal is difficult to eat on the go and in a hurry. Emerald Breakfast on the Go! provides the benefits of oatmeal, but in a pouch making it easier to carry and eat, perfect for those busy dieters.
