My tip to get through hard times is to surround yourself with positive people and pray.

Hi Shawn, my tip is one I've always known but only as I get older can I really live it. Trust in God and remember that worrying doesn't change anything but the color of your hair. It's so much easier to tell someone that then it is to do yourself when things are hard.

Thank you for letting me enter your giveaway. I love the Chicken Soup for the Soul series and I can't imagine anytime this book would be more useful and omforting to us than now.

My best tip is to talk about it. Nothing is worse the holding your thoughts inside and feeling alone!
