  13. I joined a weekly Zumba class and I line dance. I try to stay active and do some type of exercise daily. I ride a stationery bike fairly regularly. Thanks for the wonderful giveaway

  32. My exercise tip is to A)Do something you enjoy doing B) Crank up your Ipod while doing it C)add some variation to what you are doing so it feels less like a routine
